Sportul, efectuat in mod regulat, creste cantitatea maxima de energie pe care o poate genera o femeie, dar si cantitatea de oxigen pe care o poate folosi pe minut. Si, stai linistita! Cand esti gravida, sportul nu reprezinta niciun risc pentru tine sau fat, atata timp cat ai parte de o sarcina normala, fara complicatii.<\/p><p>Exercitiile de forta si cardio previn multe afectiuni frecvente ale sarcinii sau, in orice caz, reduc impactul acestora. Oboseala din primul trimestru este unul dintre acele simptome pe care le poti contracara cu usurinta daca faci sport in mod regulat. Cu toate acestea, ar fi bine sa faci\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dieta-fit.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sport sub indrumare profesionala<\/a>, astfel incat sa stii exact ce poti si ce nu poti face.<\/p><h3><strong>Sportul este bun pentru gravide.<\/strong><\/h3><p>Exista o multime de beneficii de care poti avea parte facand sport in perioada sarcinii. Femeile care fac miscare frecvent au mai putine afectiuni ale sarcinii, se odihnesc mai bine si se ingrasa intr-un mod sanatos. Antrenamentele regulate asigura organismul ca va folosi grasimile consumate ca sursa primara de energie. De stiut, de asemenea, ca femeile gravide care fac miscare in mod regulat iau in greutate, in medie, cu 4 kilograme mai putin decat femeile gravide care nu sunt active.<\/p><p>Nu in ultimul rand, exercitiile fizice te ajuta sa te pregatesti pentru nastere. Riscul de aparitie a bolilor cronice se diminueaza considerabil pentru viitorul adult.
