Petrecerea timpului in aer liber este miraculoas\u0103 pentru energizarea organismului, insa este de evitat efortul excesiv, care ar putea duce la epuizare.<\/p><p><b>Hidratarea:<\/b>\u00a0Pentru a rec\u0103p\u0103ta vitalitatea \u0219i a ameliora multe dintre simptomele asteniei, hidratarea corespunzatoare este foarte important\u0103.
